This ongoing body of work builds upon the visual language established in Veil, maintaining a focus on large-scale, photorealistic depictions of the human figure. The use of softer greyscale tones and diffused lighting creates a dreamlike, cinematic atmosphere. Additionally, the scale and close cropping of the paintings give them a sculptural, monumental presence.
